The Maranello Trio’s experience of playing together over many years means our versatile instrumental combination can create a full sound, capable of playing in any style (from jazz, popular, latin to classical). We have hundreds of unique arrangements making our musical style ideal for both concerts as well as easy listening; whatever your event leave it up to us to bring it to life.
Based in Yorkshire the Maranello Trio comprises Jamie Taylor (guitar), Adrian Knowles (double bass) and Jason Scott (pianoforte).
All three members are professional musicians who graduated from Leeds Conservatoire; in addition to playing in the Maranello Trio they all work with other professional musical ensembles, having played at some of the U.K.’s most prestigious jazz venues, to include Ronnie Scott’s, the Dean Street Pizza Express in London, Peggy’s Skylight jazz club in Nottingham and Wakefield Jazz.
Jamie, Jason and Adrian also all lecture and teach music in various schools, colleges and universities in the north of England.
As a compact, self contained unit we can set up within 15 minutes, and in fairly small spaces if necessary. We only require a mains supply, having our own amplification which is more than sufficient for most venues.
In addition we can provide a mixed line output of the trio for external PA systems in larger venues. All our equipment is PAT tested annually.
